Pet Contract
Upon receiving your puppy he / she is guaranteed to be in good health and is free from any apparent health problems or defects. Your puppy is guaranteed as follows: To be healthy and of sound temperament for the first seventy-two hours after the date of sale. Buyer should have the dog examined by a reputable veterinarian during this time period or first twenty-four hour working day available if sold on weekend. This will insure that you have purchased a healthy puppy to be your companion.
Your puppy is guaranteed up to 1 year of age to be free from genetic or congenital problems this includes hips, eyes, heart, patellas: except those due to injury, illness or neglect after sale. The puppy will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value (replacement will be given providing that the puppy be returned in good condition) or a monetary refund (less deposit) will be given at sellers discretion provided that the dog has not produced a litter and is spayed/neutered. This must be accompanied by proper documentation from a licensed veterinarian, that the illness or condition was contracted while in the care of the breeder. Our veternarian must check the puppy BEFORE we give a replacement.
Buyer agrees to have said dog spayed/nuetered by the age of 9 months.
Buyer agrees to assume all responsibility in regard to proper nutrition and exercise activity. Buyer fully understands that improper nutrition and excessive exercise can cause injury to the puppy. Buyer also agrees to feed only nationally recognized brands of dog food and treats. We are NOT responsible for health problems due to being fed the wrong food. We are NOT responsible for the health problems or death caused by certain vaccines ( NO Lepto). Buyer agrees to use our Kennel name when registering their puppy. i.e. Tintown's Sweety Pie
Buyer agrees to maintain the health of the puppy and to seek regular veterinarian check ups. Buyer assumes any and all liability issues and veterinarian expenses accrued after the date of sale.
